If you find your mattress is not right for you, just let us know within the 100 night trial period and we will arrange for it to be collected.
You don't need to keep your mattress box, as it will be impossible for you to get it back in there.
If you want to return the bed frame, there is a 30-day return policy. The bed frame must be returned unused and in the original packaging.
Email your return request to [email protected] or give us a call on +353 1907 9660, and we will arrange the collection with our 2-man collection company, who will collect the mattress or the bed frame from your bedroom.
As soon as your products have been returned to us, we’ll process your refund.
If you’re not happy with the topper or baby mattress, you can email a return request to [email protected] or call us on +353 1907 9660, and we will arrange collection. This must be within the trial period of the item.
Smaller products (duvet, linen sheets, cotton sheets, protector, bathrobe and towels) must be returned unused and in the original packaging.
You can return the pillow within its 30-day trial, without the original packaging.
For smaller products and the pillow, email your return request to [email protected] or call us on +353 1907 9660 and we will send you a prepaid return label. Just print the label, pop it on the box and drop it off at any UPS drop-off location.
Your refund will be processed on the original payment method used to place the order, within three days from the notification of the return of your item.
If you used a debit card, you should see the money in your bank account within three working days. This can take a bit longer for credit cards, and you should see the money in your account within seven working days.
Paypal can take up to two working days.
If payment was made using our financing option, the money will typically be refunded within three working days. However, it may take a bit longer.
