Hi Nicole, It's a shame to hear that you do not feel that your eve topper improves the comfort of your existing mattress and that you are finding the topper a little on the warm side. We've used breathable foams in the topper to help sleepers regulate their temperature. However, we also understand that sleeping preferences are very personal and that some customers may not find the topper cool. For this reason, we offer the 30-night trial so that customers have the option of returning the topper if it's not right for them. We have checked your order and you are now 3 weeks outside of your trial period, so we can no longer you a return and refund sorry. Hi Philippa, We understand that your mattress was delivered by the courier at 10.15pm, which is well outside of the 7 pm delivery cut off and for this we do apologise. This is not the level of service that we would expect our couriers to provide, so we have informed them of this issue to avoid this happening again in the future. As per the email from our staff, all calls that are made to our customer service team are recorded for quality and training purposes and we have thoroughly checked our records and unfortunately, we are unable to locate any record of the conversation regarding a gift as compensation.
